The team at The Packaging Experts are delighted to announce the completion of a new purpose-built extension of our headquarters.
Following a period of sustained growth within the business we chose to expand the production, warehousing and office operations offered at our current premises, located at the Daneshill Industrial Estate in Basingstoke.
Following two years of planning, approval and building work the expansion project is complete, with our team now focused on driving the business forward with a keen eye to future improvements.
Expansion has allowed for significant advancements in our operations and capabilities, with new state-of-art equipment steadily added to the new facility. This is great news for our clients, with three new hot foiling machines and a DYSS X5 automated cutting table already in place, allowing the team to quickly bring new print, packaging and direct mail ideas to life.
The renovation has been a real team effort, with each member of The Packaging Experts workforce contributing to the project. Though professional contractors have undertaken the structural and building work, staff have contributed hours of their time to help with sanding, painting, and moving furniture and stock, with some even turning their hands to carpentry!
Paul Marsh, Managing Director of The Packaging Experts commented: “We feel the machinery really adds to the unique experience we provide to our clients and we have already had some great feedback so far from customers where we have been able to give them a sample just based on an idea.”
