We received an in depth brief to produce packaging for a 3 and 7 day Easy Detox home kit for international delivery. The packaging would be two different sizes depending on the detox kit. Easy Detox has been created so you can enjoy the same amazing detox experience in the comfort of your own home as featured by 5-star spa and wellness resorts in Thailand, and in luxury private retreats.
We met with the client a number of times to review the brief and they also provided content samples for us for testing. After the first meeting we developed the initial sample which only required very minor amendments and then we were then ready to go.
They supplied us with the artwork but together we amended areas to suit. We recommended the material and finish should be a matt finish and they were happy with the weight of the board and overall design. The box and lid was a suitable solution and it maintained the contents securely in transit and a pleasing unwrapping experience for the customer.
One area we wanted to seek advice on was how tight we could register the ‘toast rack’ slots to ensure we had the best balance of strength versus efficient material yield. You can see the sachets are equally slotted into these groves for optimal layout and so that they don’t move around in transit. With the help from the forme manufacturer we got this bang on.
